组织介绍

北京市倍能公益组织能力建设与评估中心（简称倍能，英文缩写CBAC），是一家公益领域内中国首个专业性组织能力建设服务机构（民办非企业组织），于2005年在北京注册。

倍能以“人人发挥潜能，组织高效运营”为愿景，以“支持绩效卓越的机构，搭建能力建设支持体系”为使命，致力于缔造公益支持系统，成为能力建设技术引领者和能力建设价值倡导者。

倍能已经用富有针对性且精致的方案支持过8000多家社会组织的成长，约10万人次直接参与，其中绝大多数机构已成为行业典范或地方枢纽，在有效地带领同行机构共同学习与成长。

在过去18年中，倍能已经建立系统的公益组织能力建设技术体系，其中包括培训体系，评估体系、国际合作与研究倡导体系。同时，建立了支持本土能力建设的人才库，包括100名倍能自己培养的地方性能力建设培训师、50名本土的公益组织领袖型专家、30名来自多个国家的国际前沿能力建设专家，以及30个本土的能力建设典范机构。

英文介绍

Capacity Building & Assessment Center (CBAC) grew out of the China representative office of American organization PACT on capacity building from 2001 to 2004 and locally registered in Beijing in 2005. CBAC provides professional capacity building services to NGOs, mainly including training programs, strategic planning consulting, organizational capacity assessment, program evaluation as well as international exchange, contributing the sound development of Chinese philanthropy. For the past 18 years, CBAC has taken over 800 activities and supported growth of more than 8,000 social organizations using targeted and delicate schemes, with direct participation of about 100 thousand people.
